I plan weddings and special events in Munich, Bavaria and Europe. Personally run, meticulously prepared and with the sense of what a celebration really needs.
I like events where the guests don’t have to think about how much planning is involved. They just show up, feel comfortable, have a good time, and everything else happens in the background.
That's exactly where I am.
The room is still quiet. The last glasses are on the table, the lights and music are set, everyone knows what will happen next.
Then the doors open.
To this day, I still love that brief moment. Because in it, everything comes together that often took months before: ideas, decisions, people, timing, and a lot of work that no one should ever see again.
For me, that's exactly what good event planning is about.
I planned my first events in 2012. Eight years later, I worked for one of the Europe-wide successful catering and event companies and accompanied weddings and events in Germany and Europe. In 2021, I took the step into self-employment.
What I took away from this time especially is that good ideas are important, but only a good production ensures that they ultimately work out.
I know both sides: the beautiful design on the paper and the reality of a day of events where suddenly twenty things happen at the same time.
And that's when experience comes in handy.
I don’t want people to see a wedding or an event and immediately think, „That’s typical Verena Raster.“
I want you to recognize that in them.
A dinner in a historic house can be just as authentic as a weekend in the mountains, a large tent in the middle of nowhere, or a party that only ends when the sun finally rises again outside.
That's why I don't work according to a signature style. We first look at you, the occasion, the location, and how you want to celebrate.
From this comes the rest.
Of course, a large event requires a strong team: location, catering, floristry, technology, entertainment, production, and many people who work together.
But there is a clear contact person for you.
Me.
I lead the planning, consolidate decisions, and keep the overview. Even as production grows larger, I personally remain involved in the project.
Whether it’s a private celebration, a wedding, or a corporate event, every project involves close collaboration. Trust, reliability, and personal guidance are therefore crucial to me.
A date, a place, or even just a first meeting is enough to get things started. We’ll figure out everything else in the course of the conversation.
