As a wedding planner, I accompany weddings in Munich and Bavaria, as well as destination weddings in Kitzbühel, Vienna, Switzerland and selected locations in Europe.
Whether it is large or small is not the decisive question here.
What matters is that place, people, food, music, design and the flow of events should all naturally feel like a whole, and that you experience your wedding day rather than organizing it.
A wedding can be one evening. Or a wedding weekend with a welcome dinner, ceremony, dinner, party, and brunch.
The bigger the idea gets, the more things come together: location, guest logistics, catering, hotels, technology, music, floristry, stationery, setup and takedown, transfers, timings, and eventually of course the question of what happens if the weather has other plans.
This complexity is part of my job.
Not to yours.
From the initial idea to the wedding day, I can handle the entire planning process or step in right there where you need support.
Maybe there’s already a place in mind. Maybe a date. Maybe just the idea of how your wedding weekend will feel in the future.
With a complete planning process, I get involved right there.
Together, we define the framework and priorities, develop the budget and concept, find the location and partners, and build your wedding step by step from there.
I coordinate offers, service providers, appointments, timings and production.
You make the decisions that shape your wedding.
I'll take care of everything in between.
Perhaps you have already booked a location and some service providers. And at some point you realize: Now many individual decisions become a fairly large project.
Then I get in.
Together, we look at what is already in place, what is still missing, and which areas I should take over – from service provider management to guest logistics and production, and the further development of the overall concept.
No rigid packages. Instead, exactly the support that is useful for your planning.
The location not only determines how a wedding looks like.
It decides on the number of guests, the atmosphere, the routes, the catering, the closing hours, the overnight stays, the technology, the weather options, and sometimes even whether an idea is even possible.
I am looking for locations in Munich and Bavaria as well as in Austria, Switzerland and selected destinations in Europe.
Castle or private residence. Hotel or chalet. A special place that you might not find on the first page of a Google search.
It’s not about finding some beautiful location.
But yours.
You planned it yourself, selected service providers, and made decisions.
On the wedding day, you don’t want to have to find out if the caterer has already set up, when the band is going to do their sound check, or who is keeping an eye on the schedule.
In advance, I will take over your planning, compile all the information, and bring the participating partners to a common understanding.
On the day itself, I keep the team together, the timing, and all the transitions.
Ideally, you will get very little of that.
A destination wedding begins long before the first guests arrive.
Hotels need to work together, transfers work, local service providers are coordinated, and perhaps a welcome dinner, wedding, and brunch should be planned as a joint weekend.
I bring these different levels together in a central planning process.
So that the three days for you and your guests don’t feel like three separate events but like a shared story.

I don't plan a wedding twice.
Not because every decoration has to be reinvented from scratch. But because different people, places, and stories need different answers.
Maybe it will be opulent. Maybe very reduced. Maybe classic, maybe unexpected.
It doesn't matter to me what style of wedding you could be classified as.
It is important to me that in the end nothing looks random.
Perhaps you already know the date and location. Perhaps it has only been decided that you want to get married.
Both are enough for a first conversation.
